Das Haus ist im Besitz des PHL, soweit ich weiß. Da wohnte doch eine ältere Dame drin, die bis zu ihrem Ableben dort bleiben durfte.
Und wie willst Du denn das Charles Lindbergh in ein "vollwertiges" Hotel so einfach umbauen? Und was meinst Du mit vollwertig?
