Als Park würde ich schnellstmöglich ein paar Artworks vom bebauten Ententeich veröffentlichen. 😊 Alle Attraktionen bzw. Gebäude harmonisch einbgebettet in der Natur, viel Grün, so mit Efteling/Centerparks-Charme. Damit hätte man schon mal das Schreckensszenario "versiegelte Fläche" vom Eis geholt.
