    Also zum Hoteleingang hätte ich die folgende Theorie: es gibt ja noch das Eckgrundstück, auf dem aktuell noch das eine Wohnhaus steht. Ich denke, diese Ecke wurde bereits in die Planungen miteinbezogen. Dort soll u.a. der Haupteingang und auch eine kleine PKW-Vorfahrt entstehen. Dies kann allerdings erst in einer Phase 2 realisiert werden, sobald das Haus dort abgerissen werden kann. Bis dahin nutzt man übergangsweise den "Notausgang" als Haupteingang...
