    From my Taiwanese partner, those symbols each mean litteraly Dragon and Palace. But put together it refers to the name of a castle from a faitytale about a kingdom below the sea (Urashima Taro is the name of that fairytale. Details on Wikipedia) . Sorry, just hopped in, I don't speak German and come here regularly (thx Google Chrome for auto translation).
