Ich habe jetzt schon des Öfteren den Begriff "Lichtraumprofil" gelesen und frage mich ständig um was es sich hierbei handelt?

Ein Lichtraumprofil wird bei neuen Achterbahnen über die Strecke gezogen um zu testen ob der Zug (und Hände/Füße der Gäste) an keiner Stelle die Stützen oder Deko berührt. Bei Klugheim wurde stellenweise auch Dekofels wieder abgetragen da das Lichtraumprofil nicht passte. Man kann sich das Ganze als Gitter vorstellen was sehr langsam durch die Bahn gezogen wird.

Nicht ganz. Das Lichtraumprofil bezeichnet den Bereich, der frei sein muss. Nicht die Schablone, mit der dies geprüft wird.
