Moin zusammen,

 

ich habe vor, an meinen Geburtstag im Hotel Matamba zu übernachten.

Für meine Begleitung, würde ich das 2-Tage-Ticket buchen.

 

Was ist der klügste Weg, für mich?

 

Wo/Wie bekomme ich mein freies Ticket für meinen Geburtstag und das Tages-Ticket für den Tag danach?

 

Soll ich dies bei meiner Buchung mit angeben und online eins für mich vorab kaufen?

Hallo Sabine,

als Hotelgast bekommst Du den Gratis Eintritt an der Hotelrezeption.  Dort kannst Du auch das Tagesticket für den nächsten Tag kaufen. Dies dürfen tatsächlich nur Hotelgäste, alle anderen Tagesgäste müssen weiterhin online kaufen.
