Servus zusammen,

wir fahren morgen ins Phantasialand und sehen gerade, dass wir Tickets für ein falsches Datum gebucht haben. 🤦‍♂️ Weiß jemand wie Kulant das Phantasialand diesbezüglich ist? Die Differenz würden wir natürlich bezahlen.

Ich hab die Erfahrung gemacht, dass der Park schon sehr kulant ist was die Datierung angeht.

Allerdings muss bei Änderung der Datierung die Differenz zum tagesaktuellen Preis gezahlt werden.

Ich denke schon, dass ihr morgen mit den Tickets rein kommen werdet, allerdings könnte es schon recht kostspielig werden.

Solltet ihr morgen fahren berichte gerne mal wie in der Situation reagiert wurde.
