There are indeed several programs, two of those are used in the regular season.

The shorter one that you experienced is used in the morning, and then the normal one is used in the afternoon. 

 

That could change so the information may be incorrect in the new season, but that's how it used to be.

The ride has 3 different programs: a short program, a medium program and a long program. You can only hear the voice in the long one. The programs switch everyday at 4 PM from long to medium and i think the short program is only being used if the park is full. You´re discription sounds like the medium program, so i guess you´ve ridden it after 4 PM.

the short program isn't in use anymore. only for testing purposes without guests. No matter how crowded the park may be, you will always get at least the medium duration program, wich has a bit more intense launch than the long one, so it has its fans too (like me)

@Captain Nemo The program changes in the afternoon. At the morning its a short one. The ride in the afternoon takes longer.

The programs are switched at 2 PM not 4 PM and the shorter program is running in the morning. You can find close to everything you need to know about Mystery Castle in this blog post. (A good translator like Google translate or even better DeepL will help)

@jaybee is right. During last winter season, they switched the program at 4pm.

Da gibt es auch Fotos der entsprechenden Motive als Vergleich, vielleicht sogar noch während der Bauarbeiten entstanden.

Schon beeindruckend wie nah, dass alles an den Artworks ist. Rein von der Thematisierung her, immer noch eine Top-Attraktion

Die Mitarbeiter tragen nun neue Kleidungen.

 

Die weisen H2O Kittel wurden gegen schwarze Mäntel/Kittel mit einem Sternsymbol ersetzt.

 

Passt meines Erachtens nach auch besser zu der Attraktion.

Ich fand tatsächlich die weißen Kittel besser, die haben irgendwie besser zur Story gepasst.

 

Da aber die weißen Kittel seit der letzten Fantissima Saison dort im dritten Akt genutzt werden, hat man dort wohl einige gebraucht.

Gibt es eigendlich noch die

"Fahrprogramm 2 bis 14 Uhr, Fahrprogramm 3 ab 14 Uhr" "Regel" im MC? Bei meinen letzten Besuchen im PHL 2017 und 2018 gab es vormittags sowie Nachmittags lediglich Fahrprogramm 2, ebenso bei einem Besuch eines Bekannten Mitte letzter Woche, wem ich den mehrfachen Besuch im Mystery Castle Vormittags und gegen Nachmittag wärmstens empfohlen habe, da das Fahrprogramm über den Tag wechselt. 

Der bekannte berichtete von vormittags als auch Nachmittags "das man direkt hoch geschossen wurde, ohne das jemand gesprochen hat." 

@mpgfreak ja, diese Regel gibt es noch. Eventuelle Ausnahmen die möglicherweise auf eine ungewöhnlich hohe Besucherdichte zurückzuführen sind mal ausgenommen.

Wechsel zum 3. Fahrprogramm erfolgt laut Mitarbeiter bei MC ungefähr gegen 14:30h, davor Fahrprogramm 2

Habe aber noch nie gehört, dass man das Fahrprogramm wechselt aufgrund von zu großen Besuchermassen. Ist mir nur bei Talokan bekannt.

Ansonsten werden "einfach" zwei Gondeln eingeschaltet.

Once again, thanks for all previous answer.

I was in the park 30 and 31 may (with lots of people...) and yes, i constated the change between morning program (more intensify) and afternoon program (more long, with music and speech.

 

Unfortunately, 1/3 of lifts are out of order...

"broken lifts" could be a theme... 

 

But to be fair, they aren't nessesarily broken. The air-pressure mechanism is very dependant on humidity, temperature and such.

"Broken", "Out of order", "magically glued to the ground", you can use many of words to describe it but in all case : it doesn't work 

Was the park full at those days? I guess they disable some of the "lifts" on purpose if the waiting times are low enough to save money (compressed air is very energy expensive). Similar to e.g. BM operating with only one instead of both trains.
